Following the [Accountability Alignment Camp] held on October 15, Panda Group hosted the advanced [Tactical Action Camp] from November 7–8 at Keng Shen Cultural and Educational Center. Once again led by Dr. Chao-Tien Wu, this two-day workshop guided senior executives toward a higher level of accountable leadership.

This session focused on using systems thinking to lead teams and on applying accountable management more deeply in daily operations. Through various learning exercises and team discussions, participants explored different stages of the corporate life cycle and learned how to select complementary PAEI-type talents to build a solid organizational foundation. They also explored long-term strategic development for the company.

The camp emphasized the concept of “breaking inertia, expanding the mind.” With intensive reading and deep reflection, participants gained fresh perspectives and insight for both work and life. In the final segment, executives redefined management goals to shape a unique competitive edge and long-term value for the company.

This action camp helped break through collective blind spots and contradictions, laying a solid foundation for long-term development. It also helped move us closer to building a smart logistics ecosystem and realizing the vision of “unimpeded logistics, sustainable environment.”
