Supply Chain Security Policy

    Compliance with the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification and management regulations and customs related legal requirements applicable to this Company and conformity to the safety standards of advanced countries.

    Implementation of safety education and advocacy, enhanced staff competence and awareness in the field of self-management and safety, establishment of a safety-oriented corporate culture, and fostering participation in and implementation of safety-related tasks.

  • Intensified communication and consultation

    Announcement and effective propagation of AEO safety regulations to employees and business partners and thereby strengthen channels for interactions by business partners in the execution of relevant operations.

  • Emphasis on risk management

    We conduct safety risk assessment in the process of safety threat verification, risk assessment, and risk management and incorporate risk concepts into our training courses to give all staff members a clear understanding of such concepts and facilitate implementation of required risk reduction and control measures with the goal of perfecting supply chain security management.

  • Ongoing improvements and corrective action

    Compliance by employees with safety regulations is confirmed through internal auditing procedures and annual audits (corrective action is adopted if deficiencies are detected) Results of audits and tracking of corrective action are reported in management review meetings.
