Our exhibition service team is capable of providing professional services for large- and small-scale international trade shows and exhibitions.
We offer a wide range of operations and services encompassing transportation, manpower, and installation/dismantling services.Our services ensure the most meticulous care for your exhibits from pickup to delivery to the exhibition venue.
Our services
- Exhibition Services： Trade show services include packaging, import/export customs declaration, contacting of domestic and overseas organizers and freight forwarders, commissioned services for domestic and overseas exhibitors, provision of counseling on exhibit transportation, and coordinated moving-in and moving-out of exhibits.
- Cargo Delivery： Undertaking the transportation of imported and exported exhibits by sea, land and air, provision of delivery and customs declaration services, and creation of related documents. Provision of at-home pickup and drop-off, LCL, multimodal transportation, and bonded storage and transportation services in accordance with customer needs.
- On-site Operations： Delivery, moving in, uncrating, and placement of exhibits after arrival and storage of empty crates.
- Post-exhibition Services： Return, transfer, and storage of exhibits and customs clearance services after closing of trade shows. On-site handling of exhibit return to bonded warehouses and completion of customs clearance procedures (conversion of bonded to duties paid) on behalf of customers if bonded imported exhibits are sold during trade shows.
