As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to evolve rapidly, digital transformation has become an essential priority for modern enterprises. In March, Panda Logistics organized a series of three “SME AI Transformation Bootcamps” to strengthen employees’ AI capabilities and enhance the company’s overall digital competitiveness.

The program was conducted across three sessions on March 11–12, March 19–20, and March 26 (Intensive Session). The first two sessions, each spanning two days, provided structured learning and hands-on practice, guiding participants from basic understanding of AI tools to practical workplace applications. The third session was designed as an intensive one-day course, focusing on key concepts and core applications to help participants quickly grasp essential AI knowledge within a limited timeframe.

The training covered a wide range of AI tools and real-world use cases, enabling employees to transform complex technologies into practical skills applicable in their daily work. Participants shared that through hands-on exercises and scenario-based learning, they were able to significantly improve work efficiency while also enhancing creativity and problem-solving capabilities.

In addition to technical skills, the program emphasized the importance of human judgment and critical thinking when working with AI. As industry leaders have noted, AI is evolving from a supportive tool into a “digital workforce” capable of assisting in decision-making. Maximizing its value requires the integration of human expertise and thoughtful evaluation.

Notably, Chairman David also participated in the third intensive session, learning alongside employees and demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to digital transformation and talent development.
